Our specialties are Granny Smith, Red delicious, and Royal gala. All of them, cultivated 600 meters above sea level. They all have a strong color and considerable pressure of hardness.
The pedoclimatic conditions of the area between Verona and Rovigo have an amazing influence on sugar content, aromas, dry matter, and fruit shape. The most commercialized variety is Hayward. We have also started producing the brand new red kiwi, with exceptional color characteristics and fantastic flavor.
Thanks to the Mediterranean currents and the favorable geographical position, Puglia is one of the areas most suited to the cultivation of grapes such as the red globe, the black grapes, and white Apulian grapes.
